Grammar Zine

Using a zine and a recently learned grammar concept to summarize learning and practice the aforementioned grammar concept. Updated to include printable PDF of instructions and cross-curricular ideas!

This activity and the accompanying ideas come on the heels of the massive resource I uploaded to last week’s paid post on prepositional phrases.

Goal: We want students continuing to use a recently learned grammar concept in their writing. (Practice makes perfect and all that jazz.)

Video summary: In the video, I first showed you how to fold a piece of paper into a mini book or a zine. Then, I gave you some ideas for using that.

Note: In last week’s paid post, I included multiple ideas for using prepositional phrases in multiple content areas, but this week, I wanted to be very specific with fully-fleshed out model sentences (not just sentence stems) and how to use one activity multiple ways (in several content areas).
